• 2-5 years of experience in Power BI
• Expert level in Excel
• Sharepoint
• Simple Sequel Script abilities
Soft Skills:
• Motivated
• Entrepreneurial in Nature
• Attention to detail

Soft Skills – ARE CRUCIAL:
– Ability to understand and translate business requirements to technical solutions with little context
– Desire to learn about the business and the environment in which the team lives
– Demonstrated ability to generate ideas to help solve problems
– Analyze, correct, recommend new ways to organize data to help tell the story we want
– Uses creative avenues to find solutions for problems (ChatGPT, Reddit, Network, Experience)
– Experience with Predictive or Generative capability

This all in addition to ETL (extract, transform, load of data) techniques and basic visualization construction. Feel free to layer on anything else you may feel necessary given some of your conversations
