Primary Skills: Active Directory, AD, On-premises and AD integrated DNS
- Additional Skills: Azure AD Connect/ Entra ID Connect
- Optional Skills: Microsoft Identity Management, Microsoft Identity Manager - MIM, server
 

Requirements

 Advanced technical troubleshooting skills
- Analyze projects and derive the necessary technical skills, timeline, efforts needed to complete the project
- Identify all client stakeholders that are involved with or impacted by the project
- Investigate the project to determine the steps needed to complete the project along with the necessary change controls needed
- Provide a communication plan that involves all stakeholders both client and internal
- Identify and propose possible resolutions to service risks and issues as they arise
- Communicate support status to client and internal stakeholders on a regular basis 
- Assist other team members with functional/technical knowledge gained from the project
- Create and update relevant KBs and documentation as required
- Create and participate in the RCA process for critical and/or high impacting tickets involving the project
- Knowledge of standard ITIL processes such as life cycle management and ITSM.
