Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience working as an Operations Analyst, Technical Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, processes, and intricate workflows.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in system analysis, detailed process mapping, and effective requirements gathering techniques.
Software Familiarity: Hands-on experience with various manufacturing software and systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
Data Management Skills: Familiarity with fundamental database concepts, SQL querying, and relevant data analysis tools.
Problem-Solving Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively identify issues, develop practical solutions, and drive positive change.
Communication Excellence: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements:
