About the job
Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, using the MERN stack
2. Maintain, update, and enhance software post-deployment to ensure optimal performance
3. Manage the end-to-end process of software and application development
4. Lead and guide the team in analyzing requirements, writing code, building features, and deploying applications
5. Supervise automated testing and provide timely feedback to management during the development process
6. Modify, test, and improve existing codebases to enhance functionality and fix issues
7. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and best practices are maintained

3. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS

4. Familiarity with common programming design patterns and best development practices

5. Experience using tools like version control systems (e.g., Git), package managers (e.g., npm/yarn), and CI/CD pipelines

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities
