MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end and back-end components.
• Work with UI/UX designers to implement responsive user interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and application optimization.
• Collaborate with the team using version control (Git) and follow agile practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack:
  • MongoDB
  • Express.js
  • React.js (including hooks)
  • Node.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON data exchange.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development tools (GitHub, GitLab).
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Exposure to Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with deployment tools and platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or Heroku.
• Understanding of authentication systems (e.g., JWT).
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
