MECM//SCCM and Windows Image engineering Lead

·    Maintenance of the MECM infrastructure, including servers, clients, and configurations.
·    Creating and enforcing security policies and compliance standards within the MECM environment.
·    Patch management and Application Deployment and Management Planning, deploying, and monitoring critical system updates and patches across devices.
·    Generating reports and analyzing data to optimize device management and identify potential issues.
·    Diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to MECM deployments and configurations.
·    Image Design and Development: Creating standardized, lightweight, and secure Windows images tailored to specific organizational needs.
·    Application Integration: Pre-installing and configuring essential applications within the images to minimize post-deployment tasks.
·    Driver Management: Ensuring compatibility and proper installation of drivers for various hardware components.
·    Automation and Scripting: Leveraging PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate image creation and deployment processes.
·    Testing and Validation: Rigorously testing images for functionality, security, and performance before deployment.
·    Image Distribution and Management: Deploying and updating images efficiently across diverse device configurations.
·    Deep understanding of MECM (SCCM) functionality and configuration.
·    Hands-on experience with Windows imaging tools like MDT and ADK.
·    Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and familiarity with other scripting languages.
·    Knowledge of system management best practices and security principles.
