Description
- Mechanical engineers with 6+ years of experience in cost engineering, pricing analysis (from manufacturing or automotive environment), or a related field, ideally within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- 5+ years of experience in Should costing & Supply chain management
- Experience with automotive powertrain components technology or alternative fuel systems components is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost management tools and pricing analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with cost modeling software is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement cost reduction strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required in engineering or other related field of study
