MEAN / MERN Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled MEAN/MERN Lead with strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Node.js and microservices architecture, along with a solid understanding of cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development team, architecting scalable applications, and ensuring best coding practices.

 Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers in the MEAN/MERN stack. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and Express.js. Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB for efficient data management. Develop interactive UI components using React.js or Angular. Utilize Next.js and TypeScript for frontend development. Design and implement microservices & API development strategies. Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, CI/CD pipelines). Utilize Linux commands for server management and debugging. Ensure high-performance applications by optimizing code and following best practices.

 Mandatory Skills: Backend: Node.js (Main skill, must be very strong), Express.js Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL, MongoDB Frontend: React.js / Angular (Either one is required) Additional Tech: Next.js, TypeScript Architecture: Microservices & API Development Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, CI/CD) DevOps: Linux Commands
