Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support for MDM applications and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the implementation of MDM solutions and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on MDM tools and processes.
  • Monitor and report on MDM performance metrics.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) support.
  • Proven experience in resolving MDM application and integration issues efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage performance tuning and maintenance tasks in MDM environments.
