MDM Architect

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MDM Architect and Semarchy along with demonstrated ability in supply chain master data Management. This hybrid role requires a professional who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our business goals and enhance our service offerings.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions using Semarchy to ensure data consistency and quality across the organization.
Be responsible for the integration of MDM systems with existing IT infrastructure to streamline data management processes.
Provide technical expertise in supply chain to develop solutions that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that all MDM solutions are scalable secure and aligned with the company strategic objectives.
Conduct regular assessments of MDM systems to identify areas for improvement and implement vital enhancements.
Develop and maintain documentation for MDM architectures processes and procedures to ensure transparency and consistency.
Monitor system performance and solve issues to maintain efficient functionality and user happiness.
Deliver training and support to team members and collaborators to ensure effective use of MDM systems.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve MDM solutions.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate third-party solutions with MDM systems.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards to protect sensitive information.
Qualifications
Possess deep technical skills in MDM Architect and Semarchy.
Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management domain.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Be capable of conducting system assessments and implementing enhancements.
Have a track record of developing and maintaining user documentation.
Be adept at monitoring system performance and solving issues.
Show commitment to staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
Skills Required:
Strong MDM/DQ concepts
Experience in architecting end to end data pipeline for mastering data in Semarchy xMDM.
Experience in leading/driving Semarchy MDM technical implementation(s).
Experience in implementing Reference MDM application
Creating MDM Data Model in Semarchy environment.
Strong Analytical attitude and extensive SQL Analysis experience including Semql
Experience in Semarchy xDM development
Experience in implementing Hierarchies, relationships, Workflows, fuzzy match rules in MDM
Experience using Rest API, Postman
Sem archery is the IBM tool they are using
