Description

  • Oversee implementation, configuration, and debugging of web analytics code on websites and within Tag Management Systems (TMS), including deployment in both non-production and production environments.
  • Develop front-end UI/UX for privacy banners (opt-in/opt-out) and personalization using JavaScript, ensuring high-quality code through reviews and troubleshooting privacy issues.
  • Conduct customer journey analysis, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to drive leads, engagement, and shopping visits.
  • Deploy A/B tests and personalized user experiences to improve conversion rates using Salesforce Personalization.
  • Participate in prompt engineering and generative AI experiments to optimize campaign propensity scores.
  • Work on Cookie Tool Management and CPPA projects.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA) and implement privacy-enhancing technologies.
  • Audit and debug Adobe Analytics and third-party tags, manage tracking pixels, and integrate with Adobe Analytics APIs and real-time event functions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, deliverables, and requirements for web analytics and cookie inventory management.
  • Build campaign templates, site-wide JavaScript, and content zones with Salesforce Personalization.
  • Utilize tools such as ObservePoint, MS Office 365, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence for project and documentation management.
  • Collaborate with development teams, provide feedback, and support ongoing production and project needs.

     

Required Skills

 

  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch TMS, OneTrust Cookie tool, JavaScript, jQuery, asynchronous programming, and DOM manipulation.
  • Experience with Sitecore 10.0, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, and web analytics implementation via Web SDK.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and encryption methods
