Must Lead the development of a North Star Vision for the Marketing Reporting & Analytics Center of Excellence.
You should Conduct client interviews across Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics, and Technology divisions to gather insights and align on the future state vision.
Good Experience to Oversee the creation of mock-up (non-production) dashboards to illustrate the future state vision.
Must Perform a comprehensive gap analysis from the current state to the future state vision.
You should Develop a detailed implementation roadmap to achieve the future state vision.
Good Experience to Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, business intelligence, and visualization experts to ensure successful project execution.
You should Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Must Ensure alignment with the client's business objectives and strategic goals.
Good Experience to Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for the project.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Strong understanding of marketing, sales, product, analytics, and technology functions within an organization.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
