Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms.
Provide training and support to internal users on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive innovation and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all marketing activities.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving platform-related challenges.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts and experience with Salesforce CRM integration.
Experience in developing and executing complex marketing campaigns and workflows.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
