Job Responsibilities:-

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and requirements.
  • Design and configure marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email journeys, automation workflows, and personalized content.
  • Implement data-driven segmentation and audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms.
  • Provide training and support to internal users on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all marketing activities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving platform-related challenges.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and experience with Salesforce CRM integration.
  • Experience in developing and executing complex marketing campaigns and workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Journey Builder) preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, and AMPscript is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
