Manufacturing Engineer

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in 3D metal printing—someone capable of not only executing but also leading a capacity expansion project within their manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute initiatives to expand 3D metal printing capacity
- Operate and optimize metal additive manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and improve printing processes for quality, efficiency, and scalability
- Collaborate across engineering, quality, and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in 3D metal printing
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or process engineering projects
- Medical device experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
