CTQ Type Measurement Criteria

1.         Qualification BE/B.Tech in computer science or any relevant.

2.         Experience•5-6 years in testing.

3.         Skill Must Have Good experience in programming/scripting languages such as XML/Java/Python.

•         Strong in manual/exploratory testing.

•         Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

•         Write and maintain automated tests using tools like Azure.

•         Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

•         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4.Skills Good to Have Experience of working with European colleagues/stakeholders.

•         Good communication skills.

•         Ability to design and develop custom automation frameworks tailored to specific project needs.

•         Experience with API testing tools like Swagger, Postman, or REST Assured.

•         Experience with TestGrid
