PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 

Stakeholder & Project management (requirement gathering and analysis):

o Drive stakeholder engagements to involve all relevant stakeholders to gather requirements
o Manage stakeholders, prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder queries
o Elicit, analyze, and validate the business needs of stakeholders
o To effectively communicate the requirements across departments and to bring all stakeholders to a common understanding by rolling out timely updates w.r.t. changes/modifications of the requirements
o Present outcomes and progress updates to all concerned stakeholders such as Head - CEO Office and relevant teams, and incorporate feedback received

 

Driving Gen-AI Use cases:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities.
o Conduct meetings with business teams to understand pain points and requirements.
o Evangelize Gen AI by presenting its capabilities to stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of its potential impact.
o Drive the creation of impactful and ROI-driven use cases leveraging Gen AI for organizational objectives.
o Oversee end-to-end use-case/project lifecycle and integration into business processes.
o Partner with development & business teams for use-case requirements, development and deployment.
o Ensure ethical AI compliance and contribute to responsible AI practices.
o Monitor and optimize AI performance through KPIs and metrics.

 

Technology Innovation
o Create and track all innovation / critical projects allocated (tollgate-based objectives, priorities, development, implementation plan)
o Collate secondary research on new data driven technologies, disruptive solutions & adoption results
o Identify and build on use-cases that can be leveraged upon by incorporating new tech driven solutions
Constant check for best practices across technology driven innovation across the globe & create use-cases that can solve our problem statements

 

Research: 
o Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods, such as surveys
o Includes competitor analysis, product feature analysis, and examination of analogous products
o Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience

 

Industry Analysis and Competition Benchmarking
o Bring in best practices across industries (any relevant practices that can be onboarded)
o Study competition offerings to identify gaps and opportunities

 

REQUIREMENTS


 Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
 Excellent leadership and communication skills.
 Proven ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
 Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
 Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's or advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field.
