Description

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to solve business problems using data and analytics.
  • Identify hot-spots opportunities for initiating upsell campaigns, engage with Sales leadership teams and run and monitor upsell campaigns 
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on sales territories, customer segments, and product lines to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Generate actionable recommendations based on data insights to enhance sales strategies and business. 
  • Present findings, reports, and recommendations to senior management and contribute to strategic discussions and decisioning.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in analytics with focus on sales analytics
     

Educational Qualifications

a) Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

 

b) Work Experience

  • Proven experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and data visualization
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or other data manipulation and visualization tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
  • Team-oriented mind-set with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Education

Any Graduate
