Mainframe System Programmer

Must-Have Skills:
12+ years as a Mainframe System Programmer (z/OS)
Strong expertise in z/OS internals, JCL, ISPF, and SMP/E
Experience with JES2, RACF, VTAM, TCP/IP
Hands-on with IBM mainframe hardware config (HCD/HCM, LPAR, IOCP, PARMLIB)
System performance tuning using RMF, SMF, OMEGAMON, MainView, etc.
Experience with system automation and workload schedulers (IBM TWS, CA-7)
Proficient in RACF administration and mainframe security
Experience with DFSMS, catalogs, and tape management
Skilled in scripting (REXX, CLISTs)
Familiarity with change and incident management processes (ITIL)

Good-to-Have Skills:
z/VM installation and support
Disaster recovery planning/testing experience
Experience collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure teams
Knowledge of compliance and audit support processes
