Description

Support and Lead maintenance activities, releases, and major OS upgrades

Interact with customer and provide regular management reports / analysis

Responsible for evaluating, planning, installing, and maintaining the z/OS Operating system and related software products

Develop operational standards; provide technical assistance to application developers and operations personnel

Assists in evaluating and selecting major software and hardware subsystems for operational efficiency and to reduce operating costs. Lead software upgrades and maintenance activities
