Must Have Skills:
Prior experience as L1 / L2 Support
Proficiency in IBM zOS COBOL JCLDB2
Strong Knowledge on DB2 SQL Strong understanding of relational database concepts and advanced SQL including SQL Error Codes
Strong Knowledge on CICS
Roles Responsibilities:
Perform L1 and L2 basic and intermediate level troubleshooting
Maintain and update documentation related to technical support activities
Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users
Monitor application performance and ensure efficient functionality
Communicate with users to understand and resolve issues
Document all support activities and solutions in the ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to third line support or development teams
Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve bugs
Participate in regular team meetings and update on issue status
Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the applications
Should have US insurance experience
Any Graduate
