Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Tax Systems
Experience with FIS ALLTEL/SYSTEMATICS applications
ITSM (Incident, Release, Change Management)
Hands-on experience with Serena ChangeMan
Familiarity with IBM OnDemand Admin and GoAnywhere
