Mainframe Batch/CICS production support and incident management, effective communication to stakeholders for multiple Post Trade Technology Mainframe applications as part of a global support team. Responsibilities involve monitoring, support, problem resolution and root cause analysis. The position also involves new client data feeds and report onboarding. FTP/Endevor and testing skills are also required.
* 5+ Years of hands-on experience in Application support/development, ensuring stability for critical Mainframe applications in a global, team oriented environment.

* Programming skills: COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, MQ Series, Endevor, FTP, SAR.

* In depth understanding of IBM Mainframe batch scheduling tools (CA7 or OPC/TWS).

* Midrange applications experience is preferred but not required: Windows, UNIX, LINUX, SQL.

* Ability to solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines, including root cause and problem resolution follow-ups.
* Ability to support multiple mainframe applications simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to effectively run a triage call to resolve issues on time with-in SLA deadlines.
* Experience in coordinating with offshore/onshore support, business, vendor, and data center associates. Daily handoffs across regions are required.
* Knowledge of Post Trade Securities Processing: Trades Processing, Clearing, Settlements and Asset Services,

* Ability to work for flexible hours, as needed, to handle high priority issues, production recoveries and communications. Core hours would be M-F from 12noon – 9pm Eastern Time Zone.
Excel and Powerpoint. Good collaborator, able to conduct independent investigation, strong communication skills.
