Description


 Key Responsibilities: Perform Level 1 & 2 support for MQ & CICS issues and work with external/internal clients on MQ connectivity.Manage IPLs, MVS console activity, HMC operations, and mainframe scheduling activities.
 Support automation efforts and streamline batch cycles and daily functions.
 Oversee alert management using ServiceNow & Splunk dashboards.Participate in Disaster Recovery testing (weekends).Qualifications:
 Strong knowledge of IBM z/OS, JES2, MVS, VTAM, TSO/ISPF.
Experience with CA1/7/11, CA Scheduler, JCL, and Distributed Autosys Scheduler.
Hands-on experience with Mainview MQ & CICS products.
Working knowledge of Windows, UNIX/Linux OS.
Proficiency with IBM HMC Console, IPL processes, and batch processing.
Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills
