Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Mainframe professionals to join our team as Developers or Leads, based on experience and location preference. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Mainframe environments, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and be capable of contributing to API-driven integrations and legacy modernization initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, code, test, and implement Mainframe programs using COBOL, VSAM, IMS DB, and CICS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and API integrations.
Guide junior developers (for Lead roles) and ensure adherence to best practices.
Deliver quality code within aggressive timelines and support production as needed.
