We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist with 13 to 17 years of experience in IBM Mainframe Utilities, Mainframe CICS, and Mainframe. The candidate will contribute to the company's technological advancements and impact society positively.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of IBM Mainframe solutions to meet business requirements.

- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of Mainframe CICS applications to ensure optimal performance.

- Provide technical expertise in Mainframe Utilities to support various projects and initiatives.

- Develop and maintain documentation for Mainframe systems and processes.

- Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning for Mainframe environments.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
