* *Hands-on experience in COBOL/CICS/DB2 coding, testing & debugging – Required – 12 Years
** IBM OS/JCL (MVS) – Required – 12 Years
* *CICS – Required – 10 Years
* *IBM/DB2 – Required – 10 Years
* *Experience developing supportive documentation – Required – 9 Years
* *Experience in Usability Testing (participating with users in system testing) – Required – 9 Years
* *Effective verbal and written communication & collaboration with internal/external groups – Required – 9 Years
* *Overall technical and IT experience – Required – 12 Years
* *Experience in leading and mentoring a team – Required – 3 Years
* *SQL – Required – 9 Years
* *IDMS/DC to CICS Conversion – Desired – 9 Years
* *IDMS to DB2 Conversion – Desired – 9 Years
* *Java/J2EE/WebService experience – Nice to have – 5 Years
