Mainframe Developer

Job description:

1. Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
2. Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
3. Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
4. Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
5. Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals

7. Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
8. Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
9. 10+ years’ Mainframe Application / COBOL development experience
10. 7+ years’ experience in CICS/DB2/VSAM/MQ application development
11. Experience required in debug tools like Expeditor
12. Experience with File Aid, Stored Procedures, Endevor, CA-7, NDM, MFTS, s-FTP, XML, CLIST, REXX is a plus
13. Experience in Java, JSON, JMS, Kafka, API REST services, Spring Boot, WOLA is a plus
14. Experience in application development using financial messaging Using SWIFT MT, ISO 20022 pain, pacs, camt message formats is a plus
