Description
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer to design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2, and will work on enhancing system performance and troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
- Write and optimize batch jobs and database queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Integrate mainframe systems with other applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
- Experience with mainframe operating systems (e.g., z/OS).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of database management and performance tuning
