- 7-9 years of proven experience as a Mainframe Designer/Developer with a strong design and development skills
- Involve in all facets of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC, including requirements gathering, designing, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2 and Endevor.
- Good analysis and problem solving skills.
- Ability to understand complex requirements and assist the team in creating designs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Liaise with Clients, SMEs and Business Associates.
- Good to have some knowledge on banking domain.
