Job description: 
Need 10+ years of experience as a Mainframe Developer
Should have 5 Years of Experience making code changes in accordance with standards, guidelines, and design documents provided.
Should have 5 Years of Experience coordinating the testing, debugging, and preparing of test data and interacting with technical and non-technical staff in the coordination of changes
Should have 5 Years of Professional experience in software development building production software systems
Should have 5 Years of Experience with IBM Enterprise COBOL for z/OS
Should have 5 Years of Experience with IBM DB2 for z/OS
Should have 5 Years of Experience with MVS/JCL
Should have 5 Years of Experience with data integration and data quality
Should have 5 Years of Experience with Software AG's NATURAL
Should have 5 Years of Experience with highly complex application security requirements
Should have 2 Years of Experience with any of the Texas CPA Statewide Financial Systems: USAS, USPS, SPRS, TINS, HRIS and SPA
Should have 2 Years of Experience with Agile development experience with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence
Should have 2 Years of Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, TEAMS, Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred 5 years of Experience with CICS Web Services
Preferred 5 years of Experience with CONTROL-M for z/OS
Preferred 5 years of Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government)
Preferred 5 years of Experience designing and implementing secure RESTful web services
Preferred 5 years of Experience with: code reviews and in-depth code analysis and completing system documentation
Preferred 2 years of Experience in developing and implementing containerized web applications in cloud with high proficiency in one or more languages from our stack (REACT JS, Node JS , Phthon,JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS etc.)
Preferred 2 years of Hands-on experience in Core AWS Services like CloudFront, EC2, CloudFormation, Lamda, S3, Route53, AWS CDK,SNS & SQS
Preferred 2 years of Experience building apps using Phyton, React JS, NodeJS, webservices, writing RESTFul interfaces
Preferred 2 years of Experience designing and implementing secure RESTful web services
Preferred 1 years of Experience designing and building Microservices
Preferred 1 years of Experience with Agile teams that have iteratively and incrementally delivered software while practicing code review
Preferred 1 years of Experience with Java programming language
Preferred 1 years of Experience with coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer to junior level software developers and other personnel as required
Preferred 1 years of Experience with BMC Code Pipeline (formerly Compuware ISPW)
Preferred 1 years of Knowledge of Topaz
Preferred 1 years of Knowledge of IDz, Eclipse for Mainframe
