·                    Understanding of mainframe system modernization concepts and strategies
·                    Ability to quickly learn and master our Gen-AI modernization accelerator tool
·                    Experience with code analysis and migration tools
Qualifications
·                    12+ years of experience developing technical solutions
·                    10+ years in consulting or client-facing technical roles
·                    Proven track record in legacy (mainframe) modernization projects (highly desired)
·                    Experience in Capital markets and Wealth Management is a plus
