  • Understanding of mainframe system modernization concepts and strategies
  • Ability to quickly learn and master our Gen-AI modernization accelerator tool
  • Experience with code analysis and migration tools

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience developing technical solutions
  • 10+ years in consulting or client-facing technical roles
  • Proven track record in legacy (mainframe) modernization projects (highly desired)
  • Experience in Capital markets and Wealth Management is a plus
