Mainframe Admin

Requirements:
· Strong skills in CA-7 batch monitoring and scheduling techniques for a multiplatform environment, or any other equivalent scheduling tool.
· Extensive knowledge of batch processing and experienced in resolving batch abends like SB-37,SE-37, Catalog issues, JCL errors. Providing immediate fixes and submitting the job from CA-7-CA11
· Knowledge in TSO, ISPF, FileAID, SPOOL.
· Strong skills in Unix Shell scripting.
· Knowledge and experience in Endevor / any version control tool
· Have knowledge / experience in service management application such as Service-Now.
· A good decision-maker, with proven success at making timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
· An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationship/rapport quickly.

· Having scripting know/edge / experience is a plus
