Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
  • Develop and maintain scalable software systems for classification, text extraction, and data connectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
  • Utilize machine learning libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
  • Lead project teams and set technical direction in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Conduct research on self-supervised learning, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proactively identify and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Machine Learning, AI/ML techniques, and Python programming
  • Experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
  • Exposure to Generative AI (Gen AI) is a plus
  • Knowledge of classification, text extraction, and data integration
  • Ability to research advanced ML topics like self-supervised and reinforcement learning
  • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
