Machine Learning Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct experiments using A/B testing methodologies to evaluate the performance of search algorithms.
• Ensure best practices throughout the Data Science lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to convey complex technical issues.

Experience Required:

• 4-6 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Hands-on experience in data preprocessing, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and production deployment.
• Proficiency in Search Data Science, NLP tasks, and building recommendation systems.
• Experience in conducting A/B testing and model evaluation using relevant statistical techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-impact projects.
