Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities" - Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models using appropriate algorithms and frameworks. - Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment. - Collaborate with data scientists to understand business problems and translate them into ML solutions. - Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. - Work closely with software engineers to integrate ML models into applications and systems. - Perform data analysis, visualization, and validation to ensure data quality and model accuracy. - Stay current with the latest research and advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science. - Document methodologies, experiments, and results for knowledge sharing and compliance. "Required Skills" - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or related roles. - Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or XGBoost. - Experience with data processing frameworks like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL. - Knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience deploying models using REST APIs, microservices, or serverless architectures. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. "Desirable Skills" - Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques. - Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop. - Understanding of MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow). - Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to data engineering and ETL processes. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
