Mac OS Device Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain macOS device management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.
• Develop and enforce configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines for macOS endpoints.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and support teams to ensure macOS devices meet enterprise standards.
• Automate provisioning, software deployment, and patch management workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex macOS-related issues across hardware, software, and network layers.
• Monitor device health, performance, and compliance using analytics and reporting tools.
• Stay current with Apple’s macOS updates, enterprise features, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for support teams and end-users.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing macOS devices in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for macOS device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of Apple Business Manager, MDM protocols, and Apple’s enterprise ecosystem.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Swift for automation.
• Familiarity with identity and access management (e.g., Azure AD, SSO, Conditional Access).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Skill:
