M365 architect

Job Description

We are seeking a senior M365 architect for the Collaboration and Productivity product team within Digital Workplace.
The Senior Architect is responsible defining and continuously developing services within the Digital Workplace area with focus on the M365 platform, applications and related services:

Act as Architect for Digitalization, Automation and Collaboration Experience in Digital Workplace

• Define and drive technical and architectural roadmap, enablers and development of these for relevant technologies and processes within product(s)
• Stay ahead on industry trends and assess new products and technologies within product(s)
• Ensure relevant input on Security items for IT Security
• Drive vendor management of key vendors within product(s)
• Evaluate feasibility of concepts and services from vendors and adapt to Novo Nordisk usage globally
• Collaborate with other infrastructure or support areas to develop solutions e.g. Network, information security or local IT support

Ensure Operational excellence

• Collaborate with the Service organization and key vendors to ensure operational excellence for the M365 platform and related services
• Drive troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues

Skill/Experience/Education
Required Skills5+ years of experience with infrastructure and technologies from large corporations related to M365 Platform and services Experience and proven domain knowledge with M365 and related technologies Understanding of generic infrastructure related technologies and ability to troubleshoot these Experience with access management and governance of M365 is considered a positive
