Job Description:
• A minimum of 3+ years' experience as an M365 System Administrator, with
practical knowledge of on-boarding, migrating, integrating, configuring,
upgrading and supporting M365 services.
• Excellent knowledge of core M365 Services, including Exchange Online & On
Premise, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of core Azure Cloud computing concepts (AZ-900 Certification as a
minimum requirement, with AZ-104 certification preferred).
• Core skills and experience of Wintel Server, Networking & PowerShell.
• Good foundational understanding in Agile Methodologies, AI Operations, ITIL,
Data Analytics, PowerBI and Microsoft Modern Service Management.
• Track record of successful problem analysis and resolution, with extensive
hands-on IT support experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good report writing and documentation skills, and a strong verbal
communicator.
• Able to present concepts, ideas and recommendations in a clearly structured
and logical fashion.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritise, good time management and is goal driven.
• Collaborative nature; willing to share ideas, debate solutions, to achieve
consensus on the best way to drive the service forward for the betterment of the
organisation.
• Able to work in a high pressure and time critical environment.
• Experience working in a financial or regulated sector, and aware of best
practices.
