Job Description
- Experience with M365 Services, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, PowerBI, Power Apps/Power Automate, Co-Pilot, and Viva Engage
- Management and operational experience with Azure platform, Azure Infrastructure, and Cloud Services
- Ability to monitor M365 Service usage, performance, and troubleshoot issues
Good to Have:
- Ability to analyse errors, including call quality for platforms such as MS Teams, and define appropriate actions for resolving issues/incidents and restoring stability
- Participated in incident/problem management processes
- Track record in identifying and implementing process and operational improvements
