Lotus Notes Developer

Work with development team on implementation of new technologies.
Independently develops software, codes, tests and debugs.
Create and update all relevant documentation and specifications for design, development, and testing.
Escalate problems of complex technical circumstances to appropriate channels.

Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.
May need to provide training to other employees.
Make suggestions regarding new implementations.
Assist with conversion to new systems.

Solid experience in Lotus Notes administration and development.
Solid experience in database T-SQL coding in SQL Server.
Solid experience in analysis of existing data structures and data model refactoring based on results of analysis.
Experience in coding data migration/conversion scripts.
Experience working with MS TFS work items.
Experience working with MS Visual Studio in an enterprise environment.
Experience building reports and validating data to insure accuracy.
Experience translating sometimes vague requirements into functional data and coding models.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
