Primary Skills:

• Ability to tailor Agile practices to suit the team and organizational needs.
• Proficient in Scrum roles, artifacts, and ceremonies.
• Skilled in facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Strong ability to coach teams and individuals on Agile principles.
• Experience in managing resistance and aligning stakeholders with Agile practices. Proficient in using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts) to track team performance.
