Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

·                     Analyze, design, and develop systems based on user specifications.

  • Provide technical assistance for hardware/software issues and troubleshoot system-related problems.
  1. Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical tools for systems development and support.
  2. Maintain working knowledge of various applications (e.g., mainframe, SAS), their processing, and programming languages.
  3. Assist in identifying training needs and training and/or mentoring less experienced staff.
  4. Serve as a technical project leader for specific projects and BAU activities.
  5. Maintain CMBD entries for applications.
  6. Manage the team on-call schedule and updates in ServiceNow.
  7. Attend mandatory daily/weekly meetings for system outages and incident management.
  8. Possess knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning.
  9. Understand Privileged Access Management, user access, and entitlements.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Basic Qualifications:

·                     Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of related experience (an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree).

  • Experience with Linux, AIX servers, Red Hat, and Oracle databases.
