Linux Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and migrate systems and services based in LINUX on Azure and AWS.
• Develop and deploy of Linux system policies.
• Assist users with issues related to Linux desktops.
• Build and maintain automations and scripts to support and advance Cloud Infrastructure.
• Perform routine upgrades and enhancements on backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Work closely with Insight teammates to ensure timely delivery of product and coordination of technology resources at client locations.
• Design, develop, evaluate and integrate of computer information systems and networks to maintain system security.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Linux Engineer.
• Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Cloud Systems in LINUX (3-5 years).
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and automation in Linux environment (onsite and cloud).
• Experience with DevOps using Jenkins and Terraform.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
