LIMS System Administrator

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced LIMS System Administrator to manage and support the JusticeTrax LIMS (JTLIMS) platform. The role involves configuring, customizing, and maintaining JTLIMS 3.X, collaborating with laboratory staff and IT teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and configure JTLIMS 3.X.
Collaborate with staff and IT teams to align the system with organizational needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve software, network, and hardware issues.
Provide end-user support and maintain system compliance.

Qualifications:
10 years of IT experience, including 6 years administering JTLIMS or similar systems.
6+ years of experience supporting Windows OS and troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues.
Nice to have: 2+ years of experience working in a Forensic or Health Laboratory, preferably in an Information Technology role
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
