Lead/Senior Developer – PL/SQL, SQL

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer with expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, Performance Tuning, and SSIS to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and optimization of complex database solutions while driving performance improvements and ensuring seamless integration across systems. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and experience in creating efficient, scalable database systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SQL-based solutions for various applications.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers to support business logic and application needs.
• Provide leadership in the development of database applications, ensuring best practices in design, performance, and scalability.
• Perform performance tuning on SQL queries, database systems, and ETL processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Oversee the development and optimization of SSIS packages for data integration, transformation, and loading.
• Work closely with other teams (e.g., application developers, system architects, business analysts) to ensure alignment between data management solutions and business requirements.
• Implement and maintain ETL processes to handle large volumes of data across various systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts for complex database and ETL-related issues
. • Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and optimization of existing data integration processes and databases.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and data security measures within the team.
