Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for overall design, development, testing and team coordination on business systems/applications under deadlines. 
  • Management of development environment, resources, issues, bugs and escalation to proper channels.  
  • Provide status reports to and meet with Microsoft product feature team to discuss project status. 
  • Organize resources to take the new assigned tasks.
  • Organize resources to take action for any urgent and additional tasks.
  • Organize team members to learn from each other and rotate feature testing.
  • Lead senior resources to investigate and resolve project issues.
  • Organize resources to ramp up new team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Has a positive work attitude and is majoring in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Be proficient in various testing techniques, including manual and automated testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and diagnose software defects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the internal team and with stakeholders.
  • Good project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize and manage resource effectively.
