As a Web Designer, you will evaluate and redesign existing web experiences, ensuring they meet modern standards and exceed user expectations. You’ll work closely with users and stakeholders to gather insights, develop design strategies, and build out compelling web solutions using tools like Figma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the redesign of the current website to improve user experience and functionality
- Conduct user research, including interviews and focus groups, to gather feedback and identify improvement areas
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership to secure buy-in for proposed changes
- Design layouts, interface elements, color schemes, icons, animations, and content for websites and web applications
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, structured for collaboration and reuse
- Build internal web pages aligned with organizational goals and design standards
- Ensure all designs follow current global UI/UX best practices and business requirements
- Manage multiple web design projects and deliver on time with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Proven experience as a Web Designer, User Experience Designer, or Interaction Designer
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles and current UI/UX design trends
- Experience designing for both websites and web applications
- Demonstrated success in redesigning web experiences based on user research
- Strong experience with Figma for mockups, prototyping, and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to and influence leadership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Passion for improving consumer and user experiences
