Lead UI Developer

Must have prior experience as a Lead/Senior on Frontend and be an expert in Angular
- Must be proficient in AWS, Angular16+, Cloudfront, EC2, Lamda, Tailwind, and GraphQL
- Prior experience in the life insurance industry is a plus
- Responsibilities include web development, writing JavaScript & HTML5, leading a team of 4-5 developers, client engagement, independent work, conducting code reviews, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on Angular
- Must be proficient in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3
- Must understand responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Must be familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Lamda or similar compute, and Cloudfront
- Must possess leadership skills and be able to manage a small team
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
