Lead Tech QA

Experience working on MS Dynamics or Similar CRM platform.
Possess good knowledge of Software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
Create comprehensive and well-structured test cases.
Liaise with internal teams to analyze and understand technical requirements.
Defect Reporting and tracking till closure. Technical Expertise
P&C Insurance domain knowledge is good to have
Should have experience in Integration testing [ 3rd party or internal Integrations ]
Should have working experience of any Automation tool like selenium, TestComplete, UFT or others
Experience in test management tools like JIRA, ALM, and Confluence.
Good-to-have knowledge in XML.
Experience in writing SQL scripts/queries is a plus. Professional Attributes
